Policies

Ordering:

  • All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This includes custom orders, ordering of speciality items, or holding items.
  • Your order will not be added to the list or started until the deposit is received.
  • No items will be held without a deposit.
  • No orders will be shipped unless paid for.
  • All sales are FINAL SALE.

Turn around time:

  • In stock items ship within 1-7 business days of payment. 
  • Made to order items can only be made as fast as supplies arrive. Typically items have a quick turn around time (1-30 days), however, delays do occur when we are awaiting supplies. Any extended delays will result in the notification to the buyer. Once supplies arrive we will work promptly to complete your order. 

Shipping:

  • Andria’s Custom Creations is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay all shipping costs including custom duties and handling fees for international packages. If a return and exchange is necessary, it is the buyer’s responsibility to cover all shipping costs. 
  • All packages shipped through letter mail are shipped without a tracking number or insurance. Any packages lost or damaged through this shipping method will not be replaced.
  • All packages sent as parcels include a tracking number, and $100 insurance. Additional insurance or express shipping may be purchased at the customers request/expense.
  • We highly recommend the tracked shipping method for all orders. 

Warranty: 

  • All crystal sets come with 3 months of warranty which includes free repair or replacement. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover all shipping costs. 
  • Free repair and replacements will not be granted if the product has been abused and not properly cared for. 
  • Due to the unpredictable nature of horses/animals actions, Andria's Custom Creations and its affiliates, and owner(s) cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused while using any of our products. It is the buyer’s responsibility to tighten all conchos and buckles on a regular basis.

Returns:

  • All orders are FINAL SALE.
  • Items may only be returned and exchanged if they are flawed physically in some way.
  • Returnable items must be brand new and never used.
  • Returnable items must be made within 30 days of purchasing.
  • Returnable items must be evaluated by Andria’s Custom Creations prior to granting a replacement(s) or in store credit.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee on returnable items.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to cover all shipping costs associated with returnable items.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to check size requirements for their tack prior to purchasing.
  • All custom orders are FINAL SALE.  No cash refunds on any purchases. 

Gift Certificates:

  • There is a 1 year expiry date on all gift certificates.
  • Gift certificates are available in both hard copy and electronic versions.
  • Each gift certificate is issued an electronic version which provides you with your gift certificate code. You will be sent a confirmation email that will contain your gift certificate code, which can then be redeemed on the website. Please note, you need this code in order to redeem your gift certificate.
  • Only you can see the generated gift certificate code. After issuing the code, we are unable to see it. We do not keep track of these codes.
  • If you happen to misplace your code, we are happy resend your confirmation email which will provide you with the code again.
  • Gift certificates purchased as prizes: expiry dates can be set from the date that they are handed out, not the day that they are purchased.
  • All gift certificates must be redeemed through the website.
  • The only way gift certificates will be recognized is if they are redeemed through the website. This can be done by purchasing on the website yourself, or having us send you an invoice.
  • Gift certificates hold an in store value only.
  • Gift certificates can not be turned in and cashed.
  • Gift certificates are FINAL SALE.
